COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

By tagging a friend, you are entering the draw and agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.

The prize draw is being run by Torbay Coast & Countryside Enterprises.

ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER

• The prize draw is open to entrants aged 18yrs or over.
• By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
• The prize draw is free to enter.

HOW TO ENTER

• To enter, tag a friend in the comments of our competition post on social media – Facebook or Instagram.
• Each comment counts as one entry.
• Torbay Coast & Countryside Enterprises will not be responsible if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

THE PRIZE

• The prize is: One Day Saver Ticket to Occombe Farm Park & Play, for 2 adults & 2 children or 1 adult & 3 children, one Occombe Farm Animal Adoption of your choice for a whole year, plus one annual Torbay Coast & Countryside Trust Annual Membership with a 12 month parking pass to TCCT car parks.
• The winner will be drawn at random.
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
• We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control require it.
• The use of any brand names in connection with this competition does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

• The winner will be contacted via social media on or around Friday 4th April 2025.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, they will forfeit the prize, and Torbay Coast & Countryside Enterprises reserves the right to select a new winner.

RECEIPT OF THE PRIZE

• Please allow up to 7 days for the prize to be ready for collection.
• Collection arrangements will be agreed upon between the winner and Torbay Coast & Countryside Enterprises.

DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY

• By entering, you consent to Torbay Coast & Countryside Enterprises using your personal information for the administration of the prize draw.
• All personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Notice: https://www.countryside-trust.org.uk/privacy-policy/

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Torbay Coast & Countryside Enterprises is not liable for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of entering the competition or winning the prize.
• However, nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

GENERAL

• Torbay Coast & Countryside Enterprises reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw or these terms at any time, without prior notice.
• The prize draw and these terms are governed by English law, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
