An Occombe Annual Pass is a great way to extend your visit and enjoy UNLIMITED ENTRY for a whole year (except Christmas Day and Boxing day), plus lots of other great benefits. A Saver Annual Pass is for either two adults and two children or for one adult and three children.

Occombe Farm Park & Play is a mix of indoor play, animal encounters barn and animal paddocks trail. Fun for the whole family. Kids can go wild in our nature-themed Indoor Play Barn, get close and cuddly with the smallest farm residents in the Animal Encounters Barn and follow the Animal Paddocks Trail to meet our farm animals.

Our fantastic team are on hand to share stories about our wonderful furry and feathered residents. They’ll even tell you about our natural environment in Torbay too; the wildlife that lives there, their habitats and how we help to look after them.

We’ve created a special place for you to play, watch and learn.

A visit to Occombe is a fun day out that contributes towards the work of our local conservation charity, Torbay Coast & Countryside Trust. Caring for over 1,700 acres of Torbay’s most beautiful natural spaces including Cockington Country Park, Berry Head and a host of wildlife-friendly woodlands, meadows, stunning cliffs and coastlines around Torbay; for nature and for people.

Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
  2. The prize draw is being run by Torbay Coast & Countryside Enterprises.

Eligibility to enter

  1. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age.
  2. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
  3. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
  4. The prize draw is free to enter.

How to enter

  1. To enter the prize draw simply complete the entry form on our website: www.occombe.co.uk
  2. Torbay Coast & Countryside Enterprises will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
  3. The prize will be a Occombe Saver Annual Pass for 4, worth £102 (for 2 adult & 2 children or 1 adult and 2 children).
  4. Torbay Coast & Countryside Enterprises use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
  5. The winner will be drawn at random.
  6. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
  7. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
  8. The decision of Torbay Coast & Countryside Enterprises regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

  1. The winner will be notified via email or telephone on or around the 18th April 2023.
  2. Torbay Coast & Countryside Enterprises will attempt to contact the winner by email or telephone up to two times.
  3. If the winner does not respond to the emails or telephone calls notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Torbay Coast & Countryside Enterprises reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Receipt of the prize

  1. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

Data protection and publicity

  1. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Torbay Coast & Countryside Enterprises for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
  2. All personal information shall be used in accordance with the Torbay Coast & Countryside Enterprises Privacy Notice.

Limitation of Liability

  1. Torbay Coast & Countryside Enterprises does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Torbay Coast & Countryside Enterprises does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

  1. Torbay Coast & Countryside Enterprises reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
  2. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
