Travelling by car

We’re well connected to local road networks, so we’re easy to find. Our main entrances are just off Preston Down Road and we’re well signposted when you approach Paignton, just look out for the brown signs. Once you get onto A3022 / Hellevoetsluis Way from whichever direction, simply stay on that road until you reach a roundabout signposting Occombe Farm.

Preston Down Road is off this roundabout and Occombe is a short way up on the left-hand side. Look out for two car park entrances, the first is a shopper’s car park for Occombe Farm Shop. The second is a larger visitors car park with level easy access to Occombe Farm Park & Play and Occombe Farm Café.

Parking at Occombe: On-site parking is across two car parks; a shoppers car park for Occombe Farm Shop and a larger visitors car park with level easy access to Occombe Farm Park & Play and Occombe Farm Café.

Parking is free to all Occombe Farm customers. It can get very busy at peak times and spaces are limited. We really want to welcome you and therefore suggest that you might like to consider car-sharing, public transport, walking or cycling to Occombe?

Getting here on foot or by bike

You can safely walk to Occombe from Torquay seafront (the main bus route) via Cockington Lane, Totnes Road and Cockington Road. This takes roughly an hour.

You can cycle from Torquay, Brixham and Paignton via the main routes and uphill via Preston Down Road. Walking or cycling here is so good for you and the environment and we love that!


Travelling by Bus or Coach

A Stagecoach No. 13 bus operates from Brixham through to Kingsteignton via Paignton and Torquay. The closest drop-off is at Marldon Village with a short 5 – 10 minute walk from there to Occombe. Plan your journey

The Stagecoach Route 60 starts at Paignton Library and stops right within Occombe’s car park, with plenty of pick points in between. The journey takes about 30 minutes and runs hourly, on the hour and every half the hour from Occombe, Monday to Friday Plan your journey

We’re easy to get to via Paignton Railway station; just a short 19 minute bus ride and a 10 minute walk from Marldon Village.
