By tagging a friend, you are entering the draw and agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.

The prize draw is being run by Torbay Coast & Countryside Enterprises.

ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER

  • The prize draw is open to entrants aged 18yrs or over.
  • By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
  • The prize draw is free to enter.

HOW TO ENTER

  • To enter, tag a friend in the comments of our competition post on social media – Facebook or Instagram.
  • Each comment counts as one entry.
  • Torbay Coast & Countryside Enterprises will not be responsible if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

THE PRIZE

  • The prize is: Lunch for two at Occombe Farm Cafe (to the value of £35), annual membership to Torbay Coast & Countryside Trust (TCCT), plus a 12 month car parking pass for free parking at TCCT car parks .
  • The winner will be drawn at random.
  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
  • We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control require it.
  • The use of any brand names in connection with this competition does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

  • The winner will be contacted via social media on or around Tuesday 25th August 2025.
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, they will forfeit the prize, and Torbay Coast & Countryside Enterprises reserves the right to select a new winner.

RECEIPT OF THE PRIZE

  • Please allow up to 7 days for the prize to be ready for collection.
  • Collection arrangements will be agreed upon between the winner and Torbay Coast & Countryside Enterprises.

  • Torbay Coast & Countryside Enterprises is not liable for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of entering the competition or winning the prize.
